Here are all the forms needed to secure donations for our silent auction.  The deadline is  Friday, April 9th to submit items.  You can bring them to the school office.

Step One:  You will need this letter to show businesses when you solicit donations.   Click here for donation letter.  If you need some ideas on donations click here.

 

Step Two:  Please bring items to the the school's main office with a completed donation form by Friday, April 9th.  The donation form includes your item description and monetary value, and allows the item to be entered into the auction catalogue.

 

Step Three: Maybe your donor does not have a preprinted gift certificate.  Download this one to fill it out for them.

 

Step Four:  Send your donor a thank you letter that has our tax information.  Each parent is responsible for sending this as we don't have volunteers to get this completed.

 

Step Five:  Invite friends, neighbors and family to our event.  Click here for ticket form you can attach to your check and drop it off in the FOI mailbox in the main office.
